- How do I install UnitVPN on Android?Download the APK from the install page, open it and sign in. Tap me to connect and accept the Android VPN permission.
- How do I turn on the VPN on a computer?Install UnitVPN for Windows, sign in and click me on the home screen. Windows has its own VPN connection and does not need Happ.
- Why do I need Happ on iPhone?On iPhone, iPad and Mac, I connect through the free Happ app. UnitVPN has its own apps for Android and Windows.
- How do I connect on Linux?On Linux, use Nekoray with your subscription link. The guide and download page are available below.
- How do I update the app?Choose Update on the home screen or check for a new version in settings. Your account and subscription stay with you.
- The VPN will not connect. What should I do?Start with Auto, check your connection without the VPN and try another server. If the error returns, message me in support.
- What do Unit’s colors mean?Gray: VPN off. Orange: finding a connection. Green: connected. Red: connection failed; read the message below me.
- Why does Android ask for VPN permission?Android needs your permission to create a VPN connection. Tap me and accept the system request if you want to connect.
- Unit is green but there is no connection. What should I check?Reconnect and try another server. On Windows, check the VPN mode; for individual apps, check split tunneling.
- How are All traffic and System proxy different?All traffic includes games and needs administrator permission. System proxy covers apps using the Windows proxy and needs no admin permission.
- Why is the VPN still running after I close the window?The close button can hide me in the tray. To exit fully, open the UnitVPN icon near the clock and choose Exit.
- How do I change the theme and notification?Theme and transparency are in appearance settings. On Android, you can also choose what the VPN notification shows.
