Choose Update on the home screen or check for a new version in settings. Your account and subscription stay with you.
On Android, open Profile, VPN settings, App update. If Android asks to allow installs from UnitVPN, allow it and try the update again.
On Windows, open Settings, Update, Check. After confirmation I download the update and restart.
The install page also has the current version. Sign in to your existing account; there is no need to create another one.
