First steps, sign-in and support

- What is UnitVPN?I encrypt the connection between your device and a VPN server. One account works on your phone and computer.
- Do I need an account?Yes. I link your subscription to an account so it works on your devices. Sign in with email or Google.
- How do I turn on the VPN for the first time?Tap me on the home screen. I will choose a server and show the connection state. Tap again to turn the VPN off.
- How do I contact support?Open Support in the app or the chat on the website. Sign in so I can keep your conversation and reply.
- Is there an app for TVs or routers?I do not have a dedicated TV, router or console app. Tell support your device model if you need help.
- How do I move my account from UnderNet?Confirm the old sign-in: the same Google account or your old UnderNet email and password on the website. Matching email alone is not enough.
- What transfers from UnderNet?After account confirmation, I transfer your plan, remaining time, balance and invitation code. Set up devices and a new subscription link again.
