Enable Russian sites directly in settings. I send their traffic directly while other connections continue through the VPN.
Open Settings, Split tunneling, Sites without VPN. There you can enable Russian sites directly and manage your own exclusions.
The switch starts enabled on Windows. On Android, enable it yourself. For an entire app, use Apps without VPN.
After changing exclusions, I may reconnect to apply them.
